Hi,

how is living in Höngg?

I want to know 'all' about:

air quality (bad smells (I know there's a sewage treatment plant...), smog, etc,...)

water quality (Is it possible to swim in Limmat? What about water quality in your homes?),

noises (Is it the most silent part of Zürich?)

transport,

price of apartments (Are prices there the lowest in Zürich? How much is a square meter?).
