Remote Patient Care Coordinator Work

We are currently in search of 4-5 new agents to join our team. We need fast learners, independent workers, self-sufficient, and above all friendly, upbeat, and positive personalities. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus. We specialize in taking inbound phone calls for doctor's offices and making outbound calls for appointment scheduling. MUST be comfortable with talking on the phone and answering high volumes of phone calls. Also must be comfortable with using multiple systems during your shift. Must have reliable internet, dual monitors, and a quiet place to work. Must be interested in a long-term position as training is time-consuming and the position will be steady work with a consistent schedule. Must be fluent in English with an American accent.
