Abbiamo bisogno di studenti veloci, lavoratori indipendenti, autosufficienti e, soprattutto, personalità amichevoli, ottimiste e positive. Bilingue in spagnolo è un vantaggio. Siamo specializzati nel ricevere telefonate in entrata per gli studi medici e nell'effettuare chiamate in uscita per la pianificazione degli appuntamenti. DEVE sentirsi a proprio agio nel parlare al telefono e nel rispondere ad alti volumi di telefonate. Inoltre deve essere a proprio agio nell'utilizzare più sistemi durante il turno. Deve disporre di Internet affidabile, doppi monitor e un luogo tranquillo in cui lavorare. Deve essere interessato a una posizione a lungo termine poiché la formazione richiede tempo e la posizione sarà un lavoro costante con un programma coerente. Deve parlare fluentemente inglese con accento americano. Tieni presente che i computer Chrome Notebook non sono compatibili con le nostre piattaforme.
Remote Patient Care Coordinator Work
We are currently in search of 4-5 new agents to join our team. We need fast learners, independent workers, self-sufficient, and above all friendly, upbeat, and positive personalities. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus. We specialize in taking inbound phone calls for doctor's offices and makingÂÂÂ outbound calls for appointment scheduling. MUST be comfortable with talking on the phone and answering high volumes of phone calls. Also must be comfortable with using multiple systems during your shift. Must have reliable internet, dual monitors, and a quiet place to work. Must be interested in a long-term position as training is time-consuming and the position will be steady work with a consistent schedule. Must be fluent in English with an American accent. Please note that Chrome notebook computers are not compatible with our platforms.
