My name is Vincenzo Vottero and I am an executive chef currently working at North Beach Restaurant in San Francisco. For family and personal reasons, I would like to return to our old Europe and possibly not to the EU, so Switzerland would be spectacular. I have over 40 years of experience in all areas of gastronomy, from the Michelin star I earned in the 1990s to cruise ships. I speak English and fluent French.
