- Manage and consult payroll and HR admin for 11 clients from 100 headcounts to 1000 headcounts
- Manage monthly payroll for Client using payroll as per Client’s policy and requirements.
- Perform the role of recruit new employee for clients if any.
- In charge of supporting foreigner employees of clients about work permit, visa application, temporary residence…
- Advice and assist all activities related to HR or company events or any requests from Clients.
- Consult for clients about Labor Code, Labor Collective Agreement, Salary Scale, Employee Handbook and other HR procedures.
- Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Client to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month as per agreed timeline in the contract.
- Assist Director in participating in salary and benefit survey.
- Manage social, health and unemployment insurance for monthly statutory report. To submit all statutory reports on timely as per the law requirement
- Manage monthly personal income tax declaration for employees or expatiates and report to tax Department.
- Compile annual personal income tax finalization for employees or expats and report to Tax Department.
- Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
- For Client under Representative Office in Vietnam, there are certain reports requirements as per Law to be fulfilled and submitted to the Department of Service Trade.
- Ensure salary payment to Client’s employees are prepared in advance, accurately uploaded into the Bank Account and prompt management to authorize for payment before due date.
- Ensure all payroll files are properly filed and secured.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and also in research using Internet based resources.
 Good Communication and Presentation Skill.
 Time – efficient, well – organized systematic working methodology.
 Strong interest in public communication.
 Problem solving skill and have leadership skill.
