Position: Digital Content & Social Media Manager
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-time, 9:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (must be prepared to accept that there are regular occasions when a task is required to be performed outside of normal working hours)

Role Overview
Are you a Social Media expert with an ability, passion and flare to create outstanding, engaging digital content for websites, newsletters, blogs, advertisements and offline promotional materials?
In this exciting role, you will be working alongside CRCC Asia’s global team to manage all social media channels and create outstanding, unique and engaging content for our huge audiences across all Digital Marketing Channels. This is an opportunity for someone who is eager to:

Tasks and responsibilities:
As CRCC Asia’s Digital Content & Social Media Manager, you will report directly to the company’s Digital Marketing Manager and will undertake the following tasks;
Write engaging and informative content for website pages, posts, newsletters, external advertisement platforms, PPC campaigns, affiliate marketing, blogs, and social media.
Managing, developing and growing the social media strategies to increase brand awareness across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
Amplify content and create engagement effectively across all social media channels
Manage content from guest bloggers (team members or external writers)
Update content on 3rd party sites
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute content marketing plans
Report on activity across social media, content creation, newsletter output and performance, intern & alumni content acquisition
Engaging with the online community, followers, customers and social media based enquiries.
Help the SEO Manager ensure all content is SEO optimised

Skills & Attributes Required:
Must have traveled, studied, or lived abroad for at least two months to be considered for this position. We want you to naturally relay your experience onto our students!
A passionate and talented writer for content and social media channels
Exceptional attention for detail with an eye for consistency
Experience in using social media platforms and analysing reports
Experience working with any of the following tools: Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, Hootsuite, Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Wordpress.
Bachelor's degree
An understanding of SEO principles digital content optimisation [ideal, but not essential- we can teach you]
Experience using Wordpress [ideal, but not essential- we can teach you]
