I'm a British professional based in Hoi An, Vietnam, currently seeking opportunities in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, or Business Operations.

I have over four years of experience working remotely for an international e-commerce company, where I managed end-to-end customer journeys, provided support across multiple communication channels, coordinated with international teams, and helped improve customer experiences and operational processes.
