Identifying suitable tender opportunities that align with the organization's capabilities,

objectives, and strategic goals.

Analyzing tender documents, including terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements to

understand the scope of work, timelines, and evaluation criteria.

Leading the preparation and compilation of tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all

requirements and deadlines. This may involve coordinating inputs from various departments,

drafting content, and preparing supporting documentation.

 Managing timelines and deadlines for tender submissions, ensuring all required documents are

completed, reviewed, and submitted on time.

 Participating in negotiations with clients or procurement officials to clarify aspects of the

tender, address concerns, and optimize terms and conditions to secure the contract.

 Language: Fluent in English

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
