Position: Korean Ship Support Admin

Requirements of the job:

✔️ Korean National that is residing here in the Philippines.

✔️ Fluent in Korean and English (spoken, written, reading)

✔️ Open for graduates and undergraduates.

✔️ Experience from the marine industry, preferably ships agency operations.

✔️ Ability to work independently and systematically.

✔️ Computer literate

✔️ Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities of the job:

✔️ Respond to inquiries about shipments, schedules, cargo status, or onboard services.

✔️ Update systems with shipment details, passenger data, or support logs.

✔️ Supervising the efficient loading and unloading of cargo.

✔️ Ensuring proper handling, and conducting or arranging cargo surveys/inspections when necessary.

✔️ Handling financial processes for port charges, fees, and payments, while keeping all relevant parties updated with timely progress reports.

✔️ Serving as the on-site expert to foresee and address incidents
