Position: Korean Procurement Analyst (Back-Office)

Requirements of the job:

⭐Korean national can speak English fluently

⭐Filipino can speak, read and write Korean language

⭐Bachelor degree of any courses

⭐Open with or without BPO experience

⭐Willing to work in Taguig

Responsibilities of the job:

⭐Manage contract projects using company templates and ensure they follow procurement rules.

⭐Review and edit contract documents, suggest alternative terms, and negotiate with suppliers when needed.

⭐Provide translation support to the contract from Korean to English or vice versa.

⭐Advise stakeholders on contract terms, compliance risks, and governance guidelines.

⭐Track and report contract status, including risks, changes, and compliance with company procedures.

⭐Coordinate with Legal and Contracting teams for escalations and policy alignment.

⭐Prepare clear updates and reports for stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.

⭐Manage multiple complex contracts in a fast-paced work environment.
