Position: Korean Speaking Invoice Processing Associate

Industry: Pharmaceutical company - Shared Services

Salary: Php 95,000 Monthly

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Shift Schedule: Dayshift (Monday-Friday)

Work Setup: HYBRID SETUP

What are the Qualifications:

✔️ Korean national (basic English or conversational English)

✔️ Open to Filipino who speaks conversation in Korean language

✔️ Graduate of any course

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is advantage

✔️ Any Course is fine as long as with accounting experience

✔️ 1 - 2 year relevant experience – preferably with Shared Service Centre and multinational manufacturing background

✔️ Previous experience in Accounts Payable function is AN ADVANTAGE

✔️ With experience in SAP and ERP is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Responsible of processing day to day accounts payable transaction

✔️ Verifying and posting account transactions to general ledger

✔️ Ensure all payments and debts are processed in a timely manner

✔️ Assist in preparation of monthly financial reporting and tax packages

✔️ Responsible to audit the product received and invoices
