Sourcing Manager (Indirect Procurement)-PHP Market

Contract Duration: 6 months

Market Focus: Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex indirect procurement categories across the Philippines market.
• Develop and execute category strategies that align with APAC GSS standards and deliver value in cost, service, and innovation.
• Oversee supplier relationship management and performance monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects: including strategy development, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, process improvement, and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance, and best practices across all sourcing activities.
• Collaborate with APAC category leads in areas such as GTS, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Corporate Travel, Real Estate, and Professional Services.
• Support internal audits and assist with the development of corrective action plans.
• Guide local stakeholders in compliance with GSS procurement frameworks and procedures.
• Monitor market trends and industry practices to bring innovation and improved performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of strategic sourcing experience in indirect procurement, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record in achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier performance.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills with the ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining productive supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Tagalog is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration experience.
