Health Care assistant

Description
We are hiring a Health Care Assistant in Tangier.
Duties:
Provide basic care and daily support to patients at home
Assist elderly or dependent individuals with mobility and personal hygiene
Help with light household tasks and companionship
Report observations and coordinate with family members if needed
Conditions:
Full-time
Fixed-term or renewable contract
12 hour shifts 8am-8pm day shift
Night 8pm-8am
Start date: Immediately
Profile Required:
Junior accepted (training will be provided if necessary)
Experience in healthcare, assistance
Languages: Arabic (Darija), French (basic), English (an asset)
Location: Tangier, Morocco
Skills
Knowledge of basic health care and hygiene practices
Ability to assist elderly or dependent individuals with mobility and daily tasks
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Physical ability to support lifting, moving, or accompanying patients
Basic household management (cleaning, meal preparation, organization)
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
Team spirit and respect for confidentiality
