Call Center Operator – English (Irish/British)

We sell high-quality beauty and wellness products and have been successfully operating in Europe and Latin America for many years.

No Cold Calling!

We do not call people who are not expecting it. All work is based exclusively on incoming customer requests.

Due to the active growth of our company, we are looking for a team member with fluency in English (Irish or British accent required) to help us provide a high-quality customer service experience. This is a 100% remote position, so your location does not matter.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and provide consultations regarding products, order status, and delivery.

Handle incoming customer inquiries, identify customer needs, and suggest suitable products.

Maintain a high level of service through attentiveness, politeness, and professional communication.

Work with the CRM system to enter, update, and process customer information.

Requirements:

Fluency in English (Irish or British accent is mandatory)

Experience in customer service, sales, or call center work is a plus

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to respond quickly to customer inquiries

Good computer skills and familiarity with basic software

Work Conditions:

Remote work (work from anywhere)

Shift schedule: 2/2 → 2 working days / 2 days off

12-hour shifts

€3/hour performance-based bonuses
