Senior Driver

I will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods, such as raw materials and finished goods, to and from manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and retail. Additional responsibilities include:

Driving: Driving and operating trucks

Inspecting: Pre-inspecting the truck and performing daily maintenance, such as refueling and cleaning

Planning: Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules

Loading and unloading: Picking up and delivering goods and materials, and ensuring cargo is secured

Documenting: Completing documentation for mileage and cargo, including driver logs, mileage, and delivery receipts

Safety: Following all county and national large truck driving safety regulations and standards

Reporting: Reporting any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while driving to supervisors
