The house buildings consist of 3 structures: two connected rooms and a separate building that used to be the kitchen, with an open terrace next to it. There is also a big shed at the back of the house where animals were kept - this can be transformed into room (which was our initial plan). There is no bathroom built inside, only an outdoor toilet.

The land size is 7,998 sqm, and it is registered as intravilan (within the village's buildable area). There are fruit trees on the land (apples, pears, etc)

Electricity is connected, but water isn't connected, it would require a fountain, but there are plenty common shared ones in the village.

The village is 1 hour by car from Arad and only 1.5 hours from Timisoara Airport (ideal for those working abroad!).

The property was recently purchased in January, but unfortunately, we are selling it because my partner changed jobs (abroad), and we no longer have the free time or the flexibility to work from home in order to renovate it.

The place is absolutely lovely we fell in love with it. The house needs repairs, but it s perfect for someone who has the time and desire to work on it. The land is on a hillside, with a forest behind and a river in front of the house.
