Our house is located a few meters from the lake (we go out in swimsuits, we swim and we sunbathe at home by the swimming spa and the jacuzzi) between Sévrier and Saint-Jorioz. Close to schools, colleges, shops and the cycle path. It is 160m2. We built it in 2020. It is very comfortable and very pleasant to live in with a beautiful view of the mountains and a small lake view upstairs.
