Live and work in uruguay

Hello All,

My name is Lawrence DCosta, i belongs to India (New Delhi) with my family. My age is 35 years and am working in Noida based company for Tech sales in Telecom industry. I am planning to move to urguay for work as well as PR purpose if possible i will start my own business over there. I want to know the opportunities over there to start my own company. What are the legal documents in need to carry with me so that i can apply for the visit visa in Uruguayan embassy in new delhi. And please let me know if i can find jobs easily over there after reaching to Uruguay.
