Opportunities for Autism/ABA and commercial A/V?

I basically said it all in the title, but I have been working with kids with autism professionally for about 15 years, doing ABA therapy in different settings. My husband does audio visual installation and engineering work for local hospitals, capital buildings and Congressional meeting rooms, schools and large scale amphitheaters. We're trying to figure out if we would be able to find work there or start something of our own, and what the current demand would be?
