Tailor and cobbler in Quito

Hello to all.  This is my first posting.


I was in Quito last year and am coming again in a few weeks.  I noticed quite a few tailors as well as places that advertised custom shoe making.  I have some material I would really like to have made into dress shirts as well as perhaps get some shoes made.  Can anyone recommend a top-quality tailor and cobbler in the city?
