Whats the story on Baños de Agua Santa?

Jean-Robert145156

Out of all the cities in Ecuador I ve looked into real estate to see whats available, Banos is the first to come up empty. Anyone have the scoop on that area? I m drawn to the plentiful options of outdoor activities. Is that place a hot spot and built out or something?

@Jean-Robert145156   It's a  bustling community of 20,000+ that nearly doubles it's population in the high season, with limited options. Once the property is purchased and rented out it's readily and eagerly snapped up by the large volume of tourists passing through. As a hotspot where rental income is a viable investment option, properties don't go on the market very often, and realtors as a result are limited to only a few in the area; Try:

Thanks! That explains it. What a bummer. may have to just do vacations out there once we set roots in a buyers market town.
