Brazilian passport

Hi,
Please I would like to know if I can re-register my baby's birth certificate.i had my baby in brazil last year and I registered.but his father is not in brazil so someone else filled the form as my son's father.now my son can not get the Brazilian passport because the person is a diplomat,is there anything I can do to get the passport for my son?

Almost certainly not.

You and the other person who signed the birth certificate would have to petition a judge in Brazil to set it aside, on the basis that you falsified it.  You would be spending a great deal of money on lawyers and travel in order to confess to a crime.  There's no result that would be worth the cost and possible consequences.

I did not want to bring the bad news, but abthree has explained it better than I could.
When you had a third party act as the father, you and he committed fraud. That choice will hinder the issue until your child is of majority and even then, your son will have a difficult time in the future, not only in Brazil but in your home country.
