Permanent visa
As my friend Matt mentioned, you've already waited 3 months. You should hear something anytime now. Be patient, it will be worth the wait. Gosh, I'm here in Brazil and my process has been in the works for 4 years now, consider yourself lucky to have a much shorter wait.

There are a lot of people on this forum that envy you because you are getting a permanent visa outside the country which means you do not have to wait 2+ years. Be happy, be patient.

does the embassy update the visa status immediately when it's OK
scedv-mre.serpro.gov.br/scedv-web/index.jsp
???
because i bothering every week on phone !!
If you have tried to track the process of the visa using the number you were given on the application (which was made through this site) and there is still no information, then the visa is probably not ready.
If you've requested a VIPER Permanent Visa abroad, it can take 3 to 6 months as you've already been informed. All of your questions here are not going to speed up that process one little bit.
I'm beginning to wonder if you are even going to be able to adapt to life in Brazil. EVERYTHING in this country, especially anything involving the government and its huge bureaucratic machine, is so slow as to appear moving in reverse gear. With your obvious impatience this is something that is going to drive you crazy on a daily basis. I suggest that you seriously think about getting some help to overcome this lack of patience or re-think coming to this country completely, it certainly won't be the place for you otherwise. This is Brazil and here you need the patience of Job, perhaps even more.

Yes she have Brazilian passport.
As you said she allowed to stay 180 a days per year what does it mean ? she can not come back again in February 2014 Although she already stayed here 175 days from 6 December 2012 until 30 of may 2013 and she went back Brazil 30 of may.
Does she able to come 2 times as visitor visa and stay 180 days or she need to wait until one years finish to come back again?
I looking forward to hearing from you soon

The count of the days that you have already used up is based solely on the entry and exit stamps on your passport. Even though you extended the visa stay last time you should not lose any unused days. You must count all the days (including date of last entry and departure as full days)that you have been in Brazil in the year (365 days) immediately prior to the date which you expect to enter Brazil again and subtract that number from 180.
If the resulting number is less than 90 then that is the maximum number of days you will be allowed to be in Brazil. If the number is greater than 90 then you can get an (unextended) full 90 day stay which can be extended up to the number of days that exceed the initial 90, up to a maximum stay of 180 days in any "rolling" one year time block.
Of course this all depends on your VITUR Tourist Visa stating on the second line under No. de Entradas / No. of Entries = MULTIPLAS.

Sorry, that's a question I really can't answer. It is something you or your future spouse will have to take up directly with the Cartório where the marriage will take place.

I have got my permanent visa in Brazil because of my son. I'm from India. I have a protocol as an identity. The passport got stamped ''registered as permanent''. The problem is - I DO NOT HAVE A VISA WITH MY PHOTO OR THE ORIGINAL CIE. I want to know from where I could get the visa (not just the stamp from federal police). I want to visit India soon and when I'm coming back, which ID I can show in an indian airport?
