We need regular contributors to the Forum

James

Hello Everyone,

I have noticed that over the past month the Brazil Forum has not been very active. The vast number of new topics posted have been questions from new members seeking information.

While the regular members are posting replies to many of the questions asked they have posted relatively few new topics of their own.

The forum depends on ALL of you in order to remain vital and active. We value your point of view, shared experiences and observations. Please take the time to write something and post it.

Cheers,
William James Woodward - Brazil Animator, Expat-blog

Just like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr....... I have a dream.

My dream is to see the Brazil Forum as the very best in Expat-blog, one that others try to emulate. The Expat-blog Team already has it's eye on us in a big way because of our active participation and the sound, quality advice that our members are giving in response to questions. Right now the Team has plans of creating a Code of Conduct fashioned after the Brazil Forum Code of Conduct, to be posted for all forums to eliminate many of the problems that they are having, that they don't have from us!

What I would like to ask, especially of some of our more established members (I'm going to try and refrain from using the term 'old timers' since I'm getting up there in years myself) to take the time to write a shorter version to my "Survival Guide" for their own city to share your invaluable experience with all expats who may think about your area as a potential new home. If you take the time to share your experience I will request that the team give your posting a sticky to keep it up at the top of the first page for all to see.

Please think about what I'm asking, you would be doing a great service to all of our fellow members and I can tell you from my own personal experience just how rewarding and gratifying that is.

Cheers,
William James Woodward - Brazil Animator, Expat-blog
