I found something interesting about Brazilian Tax

If your diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma or worse. This could be a sore on your nose or body. Even if you had MOHS surgery to remove it. If you had cancer diagnosed . It states in Brazilian tax law your social security and possibly pension income is exempt from Tax. There also relates to heart conditions more server debilitating. So even though you get it removed. Still my quality you to possibly no Taxes. Do your own research ask a professional.

I can concur.

My father in law has prostate cancer. He is 88 now, and he'll die from old age long before before the disease gets him according to his doctor, but, all it took was a letter from the oncologist. Sent it to INSS and his private pension, and the income tax was removed. Apparently all cancers, HIV, MS, etc, there is a list of other serious diseases that qualify.

@hagece8690 thanks for your response do you have the website that gives the list of disease thanks

No, I am just regurgitating what the doctor him him.

@NewBrazil

Ola, New Brazil. I just read your recent comment on taxes in Brasil, and would like to know if this dispensation of taxes applies to foreigners also.  Thanks for bringing it up!
