NEW RG in Polycarbonate Format: Has anyone gotten one?

Brazil's new unified identity card, the RIC, was first announced in 2009. The working group's proposed model was similar to the one used throughout Europe: a polycarbonate card (akin to a credit card) with an embedded chip. But that would involve Congress to pass the requisite legislation, and it's astonishing how long this took to be implemented.
