Hi there,

I am Sherif, an Indian by origin, currently residing in Kuwait. I want to thank you all for your service to this community. I have been invited to apply for residence and am somewhat of a fix. My first question is do I need to fill out INZ1235 for my application process

Hi Sherif,

First, congratulations on being invited to apply for residency. That is a feat, and such good news to hear you can lock that in for yourself.

Second, no you do not fill out the INZ-1235 form. That is for your employer to fill out - the person and/or company that is hiring you. They are to fill that out.
