Will NZQA assess an unfinished degree?

I am currently taking up my master's degree but intending to submit my EOI next month. Since my degree is not on the list of exempt qualifications, I need to go through PAR to have my college degree assessed. My concern is, can I also submit my on going masters degree for PAR? Or am I better off with just the undergraduate degree for now? Thank you for your advice.

No NZQA won't assess any qualification which wasn't fully completed

Thanks. I ended up submitting a PAR request for my undergraduate degree instead. Will update as soon as I heard from them.
