learning French when you have kids...

just wondering if anyone had any tips learning French when you have kids.  I have a 3 month old baby and a 4yr old.  The 4yr old would benefit from learning French too to get ready for school next year.

We are in le plateau without a car so it would be nice to be able to do something locally.

Hello ! I suggest you check this link. It might be helpful and I am sure that you will find a place on the Plateau where you can learn French part time since you have young children.

Being on the Plateau and surrounded by mostly French-speaking person would also be a great opportunity to learn French. Oh its only in French... I have to find a course before i read it lol

I've emailed them though :-)

i never really think about how many places I've lived... I have so many friends who have been to so many more countries. .. But Im more for living in a place and getting an in depth experience than for a quick visit.  Who knows this might be where we put down our roots ;)

Oups... true... I forgot that the site was in French. But I am sure you will get an answer in English ;) After all... it's meant for people who want to learn French, so before, they have to make sure you understand what they say :)

Still trying find something that fits with having a small baby.  I've got my oldest going to daycare soon so really keen to find some French courses!

The link you proved was great ensaimada but i have to wait another 6months until i qualify. 

Im not looking for free courses. ... Anything will do :)
