How to File a case in Dubai courts

My friend borrowed money from me for one month. Now he is not giving back and making excuses. How can I approach the courts and file a complaint. Police is not helping in Dubai. They say go to court.

This is a civil case not criminal. You need to engage with a UAE lawyer to file a case with the court.

So if anyone faced some issue and don't know how to approach court the n then need to consult some law firm in dubai which might help them to understand the procedure and the upcoming things that they have to go through.
