Follow up Medical at Muhaisnah

Federism

I am sponsoring my wife for a residency visa and she has been called for a follow-up medical test at Muhaisanah Block 7. She was asked to give a blood test and a sputum test (only once) and advised to take antibiotics for 5 days. She was then asked to return after 2 weeks for another X-ray.

Based on what I've understood from various sources, if Dubai Health finds a minor scar, they request a single sputum test. If they find something more significant, they might ask for consecutive tests over three days. If there's no change in the follow-up X-ray, they may issue a "Fit" or "Fit with Follow-up" report. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

I'm trying to prepare a plan in case things don't go well. We have a 2-year-old son who already has his Emirates ID. Considering factors like the very old minor scar and our child's dependency, what are the chances of my wife receiving a positive result?

Also my Entry permit is due to expire in another 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks since my wife gave Sputum test. I believe Sputum test may take around 6-8 weeks for culture growth. Untill the time, Can I ask for extension of her Entry permit? or Go back to my country and then wait for the results to come up and then get her to UAE?
