Is the 2BHK Exclusive? . Will your wife be working? how about your transportation? will that be covered by the company? your Children's schooling ( Schools are kind of high here)  plus food and other petty stuff. if you did calculate all of that you might get a picture of how you stand. But that being said it all depend on you. I have seen a family leave on 10k per month.

My wife will not work at this moment
I will not pay for accommodation but o have to pay for utilities , transportation will be provided by the company
There is no allowance for school fees

Still it's an acceptable offer. Besides,if your wife can find job and support you, that would be more good.

NMC is one of the leading hospital groups in UAE. They have many branches allover in UAE

That's a good hospital i will say. I went there once at their branch at Abu Hail with a friend. It was of good quality, professional doctors and great staff.
