Female contraceptive in Dubai

I have been using the female contraceptive for years!
Can it be bought in pharmacist's here in Dubai? Of so what kind? I'm on the nuvaring and ideally would like to stay on it!

Has anyone any advise on where I can get it? Or what to do!?!?

Dear Natalie, yes you can go to any pharmacy and get female contraceptive (the pill).... The prices range from AED 20 to AED45...

Nuvaring is not available in UAE

It can be replaced by Evra patch-the same dose of estrogenes

Unfortunately, many medications can be bought without doctor's prescription in UAE

En Europe you should see a doctor and get prescription as the hormones have the contraindications/risks

There is also special follow up to detect the risks of the hormonal contraception

Hello,

I'm going to move to Duai next month and I don't want to stop using Nuvaring... Could you confirm that there is no way of getting it in Dubai? In that case, is it possible to get it delivered from another country in small quantities or any other solution?
