Relocating to Dubai with Crohn's disease

Hi, I plan on relocating to Dubai from Canada by the end of the year. I have Crohn's disease and I am on Remicade infusion. I'd like to know if anyone knows any medical centres or clinics where I can continue my treatment in Dubai. I can bring my own Remicade infusion from Canada but I can't find a medical centre that will administer it. I would really appreciate any help I can get. THANK YOU!

Treatment is available in UAE.  Remicade is in the market.  Any medical center can do the infusion............just walk into one and ask them to administer it.  It just requires a nurse.   However, they would need to see a prescription so may ask you to consult with their physician first for him to order it - MOH regulations require physician order for treatment / tests etc.
