Dubai visa, residence/working permit

I am a Nigerian and I really would like to move over to Dubai or Abu Dhabi to live and work there. Please is there any advice on how I can get an entry visa, residence and working permit?

I would prefer a job in Administration/Media/Creative Arts and Entertainment that will give me the opportunity to further my already-extensive understanding.

And also if a Laborer's job if available:
1. A position of general laborer with Republic Services where my ability to lift heavy loads and the enthusiasm to take new challenges will be fully utilized
2. Experienced construction laborer seeking a position where three years of skills and knowledge can be applied
3. To secure a position where my existing skills in the areas of Carpenter Helper and bricklayer helper can be utilized by a progressive and pioneering company
4. To obtain a labourer job where my skills as a metal worker can be put to good use
5. Seeking a demanding position in a construction setting where my stock-picking skills can be put to excellent use
6. To secure a concrete mixer helper position in a high growth company with considerable advancement opportunities
7. To secure employment utilizing my physical abilities and people skills
8. To secure a position where by hard work, commitment and the talent to acquire new skills will advantage of company

Entry visa has to be arranged by your prospective employer, who will also arrange your residence permit.  So first step is to find employment.  Other option is to come in as an investor.
