Quarantine in Abu Dhabi

Hi i am coming from the uk to abu dhabi soon. I know we have to quarantine 7-12 days depending on vaccine status.
I am fully vaccinated but uk is on red list.
Do you know if i can stay in dubai for 7 days and then go abu dhabi without quarantine or will i still have to quarantine going to abu dhabi even though i've spent 7-10 days in dubai?

If Dubai no quarantine..but if it's abudhabi absolutely u will do a 5 days quarantine

So i will still have to isolate when going to Abu Dhabi even tho i arrived in dubai airport n i've been in dubai 7-10 days?
I thought it was just if youve flown into abu dhabi.
