ESE Moe assessment and interview 2022

@Aysha Ismail Like you I also signed up with Worldteachers. My initial assessment was in early July and I was issued a final contract letter in November. I have had no issues with them. I have found their team to be very accessible throughout this process to address my questions and concerns. I would suggest you ask them as I am sure they are familiar with this.

@Narcas don’t feel disheartened. (If you are even feeling that). I think her agents have I formed her that the next batch will be I. January. No specific dates from ESE. Maybe?

Thanks! Yeah, there's no point in feeling frustrated or discouraged since we can't do anything to change the situation I applied back in March and by now I'm just curious if I'll ever get to the UAE

@Narcas That may not be true. I am working through an agent therefore information will get to me faster. Give ESE some time since it is my understanding that they make contact just a few days before scheduled departure. Stay positive and see what happens in the next few weeks.

I have a question of sorts for those who are anticipating a January start with ESE.

Do you plan to return to your classrooms when school reopens on January 2nd or 3rd? 

Secondly, how are you managing the situation of resignation when there is no precise start date with ESE?

Feedback will be appreciated.

@Princessdi The January cohort of teachers will not begin teaching until they’ve had their mandatory training sessions. I’m quite positive that they won’t throw teachers into classrooms without some sort of training.

Seriously though…. I wouldn’t expect to less from a body representing the state!

@Saiman99  Hi. It took 2 days to recieve the assessment, 4 days to get the interview. 2 days and i got confirmation that I was successful. and this week recieved an email that it would take 4-5months to be placed. the place that they said i might be placed in is Al Dhafra but thats a place i dont want to go. Its too far from the main cities.

With ESEm I did the assessment and interview successfully 1.5 years ago and sent all my documents and then when I asked them where is my offer they said you didn't pass the procedure without any reason, so guess be aware from ESE always it's my advice from a broken heart teacher.
