Sadly to say yes, getting a job as an English teacher here will most definitely mean you should be a native from an either an English speaking country or an European who is fluent in English. A background like yours will just be a hard in landing a job as a English instructor as there are a lot of native English speaking people here. Nonetheless i did suggest to you to save and visit the uae on a visit visa and approach the many schools around, who knows one might give you a chance to prove your self.
