how to find a job in Istanbul which is proper for English speakers?

hi, my name is Arvin, Iranian .. currently staying in Istanbul.. have experience in export import company since feb/2016 till oct. now looking for a job opportunity regarding my education, certifications and experiences. actually I found out it's hard to find a proper job in istanbul if you don't know Turkish language very well. specially in the fitness gym. i wonder how could I find a job here .. my previous company was Iranian but since now I couldn't find another job cuz they need turkish speaking. would you please help me how can I find a job for english speaker in which aspect ? tq
