Hi there,

It's a really green field over here for web developers and programmers however the language barrier will always be there.

I am a systems engineer myself with an international experience and I couldn't find a job here without some basic Turkish I would pretty recommend for you to study a little bit of Turkish over there so you can offer your services in mutli-lingual style which would enhance your chance..Good luck!
