there are local freight forwarders which will offer you very competitive rates. you should be careful, bcs although it seems that the rates are quite competitive, they may charge you high local expenses at both sides (terminal handling, free in/out charges, bill of lading / delivery order fees, etc.)

check Turkish airways cargo. It's way cheaper than UPS or DHL. PTT is inexpensive but you can only ship 20 kg.
