Just graduated, what can Turkey offer?

I just graduated from Msc Biomedical Engineering from one of the Universities in KKTC. I am currently in Ankara...My first degree is Physiology and Pharmacology Technology under Science Laboratory Technology. I have been pondering and searching jobs but no single green light.

Can you distinctly without reservations tell me the possibilities of getting something to do here apart from this English teaching part time jobs. Kindly proffer solution where possible.

I do ICT support services too and with over 7years experience, repairing computer and designing graphics. I can also build WP sites... But nothing is adding up here. Please help.
