I now live here and survive on my Social Security payment from the USA of $2400. I live very comfortably in a 3 bedroom condo overlooking the Aegean sea and the city of Kusadasi. I am also able too save antwheres from $300 to $500 a month depending on any unexpected costs. If you want a more comprehensive breakdown of my expenses pleae text me back and good luck. Living in Turkey is the all time best thing I have ever done for myself in my life.

Where you choose to live figures prominently in how much you need to live to meet your expectations.  Istanbul in particular is much higher cost of living.  Giving more specifics including your lifestyle needs would be helpful in responding to your question.

Hello!

Im wanting to move to Turkey, have for a long while. Could you please tell me, quickly in bullet form *Or however you choose* how you began your journey?  Like, what made you want to choose that specific place?  How much money did you have to save? Does the country make it an absolute that you have to prove to them you "make such and such dollars" per month, which has to be high enough to their standards?

Did you have to open a bank account and put a minimum of finds there to start out?

Did you have to pass a language test at any time?

Sorry, Im just trying to research this the best i can.

Thank you in advance!

I hope you're doing very well there!

Hey, thanks for sharing this. That lifestyle sounds really great.

I just wanted to mention that if you ever need help, I’d be interested. I have experience in driving, customer service, personal assistance, errands and logistics, basic admin and paperwork, communication, and handling people professionally. I’m reliable, punctual, and used to working independently and with discretion.

I’m currently based in Kenya but open to relocating, and I’m willing to cover my own relocation costs.

No pressure at all. Wishing you the best
