Of course you have to pay (quite massively), but you can get a service, people know how it works (of course you have to choose an agent who has infrastucture).

Accept you have to pay (also indirectly through commissions, I am not completely stupid, all take a part of the cake (you). Rather that then trying to deal with it yourself (changing driving license, elictiricty/water (automated debit), hospital, small repairs, furniture, TV, ....

Comfortable life is important, not saving a few TRY here and there.
