My Job is turning me into Anti-Social Soul

At last i have decided to quit.Saturday or may be Thursday is going to be my last working day.

I have taken enough shit from my Boss.Just a suggestion"Never work with Etherian Boss" I have been treated like a slave.

Well its my mistake too. whenever he misbehaved i never showed my retaliation .
I can not even explain what i have faced during my Job period,how many hours i have cried in my office corner and hiding my tears to colleges and clients and trying hard to sooth my voice so my husband may not hear my sobbing on phone.

Some of my friends been insisting me to quit and i had been justifying my need in office but not any more or i would die with brain hemorrhage.
All of my clients and Some of my colleagues had been so nice to me but rest of the staff is racist and humiliating in their own way.I was shocked to see their attitude and great silence of administration,although they confessed to know everything.

Its not that i never tried to talk my boss,as i always said to my friends"Talk...talk about the issue,it solves everything in life"However, i was wrong.when ever i tried to talk "Mr Boss"The Response was;

I do not want to hear anything.
Don't tell me anything ,I know everything
Do not tell me what to do.
I do not want explanation

I haven't told him about my resignation yet. I may do it today or Saturday.

Not to mention,I haven't got my salary for last month[as usual]We receive it on 15th to 20th of next month.

Now imagine,my seat was only 10 feet away from the monster .Anyway,i have to go to office for my second half.Lets see what happens.I dint take my nap ,i was very upset today and cried for hours so as soon i reached home i felt like posting it so my friends could know whats going on in my life and i m feeling better genuinely after typing all this.I Wanted to mention some hard core slang for my Boss but Julien would have kick my  *** for this so i controlled my actual emotions.

awwww...dont worry nonzie, as u didnt speak to ur boss till now for ur issues, u wont tell him abt ur resignation as well...

Hey Nonz - So sorry to hear about the job.  But based on your emotional status, it sounds like the best thing to do.  Something else will come along that you'll enjoy.  Hang in there!  And remember,  what doesn't kill you makes you stronger! 

Thx buddies,i feel good reading all this.The latest update is,i went in my second half and then I walked out.
It was very bad scene.I called my hubby and left at once.

when you say you "walked out", do you mean you quit? Regardless, you had to get out of there b/c it was sucking out your joi de vivre (joy in life). SO, figure out what you would LIKE To do and start moving on that...or go to school but first, why not cook some special dinners so your hubby can see what life is like with you home all evening?

I also think the split shifts there are crazy. Is it a Saudi thing or what? I don't know anyone, ANYWHERE else who has their whole day split in half so they cannot possibly have another job or go to night school. It's nuts. Can't see how it saves money for the employer but I assume it does. But that's not your problem now!!

Congratulations on exercising choice and freedom!  If you have not officially quit, then you need to resign and keep a copy of your resignation letter. In it, try to keep it calm and simple when you write. Say you are "pursuing other professional opportunities" and don't bother telling him off IF you need a reference. If you don't need a reference, then say whatever is legally allowed that feels right!!  Above all though, stay calm. It gives you more power. Make sense?

He's not going to give her a decent reference regardless because the man is a JERK (all caps lol).

Some employers, even in the US, take it as an act of abandonment when you give notice and are bitter about it (has happened to me).  They make your remaining weeks sheer misery.

My experience has shown me that when I feel backed into a corner, with no way out--of whatever situation--well, its exactly the time I should leave.

That's like my girls Oops! i forgot to add"Just"So not just Congratulation,we need to do party and thx to my savior,he has already planned one "Our Bowling and B.B.Q Party".
I had the status on my FB."AT last i have quit my Job"and for my pleasant surprise, i received several Congratulation comments,so my friend said,"People get sympathy on leaving the jobs but u r getting congratulation... what a contrast girl" 

BTW Spitfire, ALlie is Exactly right here,they may not even pay my April Salary and how could i expect them to give reference and girls,the good part is,i am on hubby's Iqama so I dint have that "Highly official" Contract too.When I gave him my resignation letter which  I had already typed hours ago,he took it and he banged it on table without even glancing it and murmured something in Arabic.{As usual}

So in short No formalities required at all but the sad part is,he has already started to defaming me,i got to know this through grapevine
