Thats a good news for you actually! You visa has been approved and the visa issuance is under process. You will get it with 1 or 2 days maximum. Congrats in advance.
Where does it say that his application is approved? The application is under review only and is now pending approval or rejection subject to MOFA's discretion.
الطلب تحت الاجراء means the visa is approved and it is "under issuance" ...
In case of rejection, they simply state that we are sorry, your application has been rejected.
And if they have any doubts, an online ticket apears asking the applicant to visit MOFA with original documents.
In this case, his application has been approved, visa will be issued within one or two days.

I just translated it in google and no where in the translation does it mention the word(s) approved or issuance. Furthermore knowing google notorious ability to not translate properly, i ran this through my company's legal department head who is a native arabic speaker, and he said the same that the application is under review and not approved or issued.
Dears
I want to share the experience for this season. My Application was Chambered on 21/6/203.

No need to get fussy mate. I just told you what I have experienced and come across almost every day. Once the sentence الطلب تحت الاجراء appears, it means the visa gets approved and will be issued. Just wait and see.
Any idea what will be the validity of the visit visa ( to get it stamped from saudi embassy ) ???
though i know, once stamped you got to travel within a month from the date of stamping.
Cheers

Once the visa is issued, you need to get it stamped on the passport within 90 days. And once it is stamped you have to travel withing 30 days from the date it is stamped.
Hi there again!
Thank goodness the visa application process went smoothly for my parents. Thanks for all your help.
Now, I wanted to know how I can renew the visit visa?
Before I submitted all the paperwork to my HR department and they ended submitting my paperwork to MOFA. Would I need to go thru my HR department to extend my mothers stay?
Thank you!

If you can help me with this, I applied for my mother-in-law's visa. They created online ticket and status was to show original iqamas fro me and My wife. We showed them 8-10 days back still no change in status it is the same error. What could possibly be wrong
Does it still show: الطلب تحت الاجراء

You actually need to go to MOFA yourself with your and wife's IQAMA. Sending a representative wont do any good in most of the cases. And I believe you better hurry because they are going to close the visit visas as Ramadan is approaching.

My problem is I am based in Riyadh and Iqama is issued by Jeddah, thus they dont accept my applications here. thus my govt relations guy applied in Jeddah MOFA.
Hi,
I Followed the procedure that you have mentioned in the forum (Thanks a lot -- very helpful).
1. Went to istiqdam Riyadh for Visit visa for my wife, collected the green slip and the white slip.
2. Went to MOFA, they asked me to come after a week. Today(after 6 Days) I went to MOFA and submitted the Green slip and online form. The guy at the counter told me to check online after a week.
I just checked online now and it says "The request was received on 08.06.2013". To be sure I checked my Iqama status and It was under green category. I applied earlier online and was rejected asking me to fill the application with English name. I have corrected it this time. Hopefully working this time.
I was wondering, what are the chances for rejection and what could be a reason. I am just inquisitive and have been working on it for months.
Any advise would be very helpful. By the way, this forum has been very helpful, great work!!!

wasalam,
It says that your company is registered with COC in Jeddah so you have to fill in a new application and submit it to Jeddah chamber of commerce.
what is (رقم السجل)is it C.R or kafeel ID? what we have to write in visit visa form C.R Or Kafeel ID Please anyone explain this different people giving different opinions.
hi Guys, does anyone know what this means:
نأمل تعبئة طلب جديد وادخال رقم تأشيرة الدخول
translates to: "We hope to mobilize a new application and the introduction of a visa number"
I am dreading that it means tht the application is rejected
i did put in the visa#s and everything correctly
I think it means that you need to re-apply a new application and type your "Entry Visa Number" in the appropriate field.
Sorry if off topic.
My mother have to Travel on Visit Visa from Islamabad next week.
one of the Travelling agent told me that i should buy the Return Tickets for my mother, if there is one way Ticket the Airport Authorities will not allow to travel..
Is this True?

Yes, you can have a dummy reservation from any travel agent just to show that you have a return reservation instead.
My status changes
ﻧﺄﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﺒﺌﺔ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﻭﺗﺪﻭﻳﻦ ﺭﻗﻢ ﺗﺄﺷﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺪﺧﻮﻝ
anyone plz letme no what does it means
if it is rejected can we process the same application or need to apply fresh
ﺍﻟﺪﺧﻮﻝ
It means that you have to fill in a new application and write down the number of the entry visa. Also, a one way ticket for visitors is not acceptable, it should be a round-trip ticket.
