Information require about transfer sponsership

I hope thismessage finds you well. , I am reaching out to seek your expertise in labor law regarding an issue with my work permit in Saudi Arabia.

I am currently available in KSA for more than 3 months . My employer did not sponsor my work permit, according to the law the sponsor must issue a work permit (IQAMA) number in a 3 months period. However, I am facing an issue with "my employer's failure to issue my work permit" and also "not showing my Iqama number ". when i ask about my iqama number the agent told me that your sponsor (Kafeel) finish the Contracting establishment ( يغلق مؤسسة ).

Can someone tell me can i transfer my old sponsorship to new sponser with border number.

YES, you can directly transfer your sponsorship to a new employer thru border number, without any permission from your current employer.

Find a job and inform new employer to upload employment contract in Qiwa portal.
