Latest Procedure to visit Bahrain from Saudi in Cause way

Greetings,
I would like to visit Bahrain for 1 day to have week end break. Could you please anyone advise the below :
Entering Bahrain
1). The PCR test at Shehaty app will be valid to cross the cause way?
2). Do we need to take any PCR test in Bahrain while entering.

Returning to Saudi from Bahrain
1). Do we need to take PCR test in Bahrain while entering to Saudi (let say I entered to bahrain on Thursday and returned back to Saudi by Saturday?

2). Do we need any isolation/quarantine after entering Saudi, If yes then tell me that howmay days need to be isolated/Quarantined.

Entering Bahrain:
1) Yes, if take within 72 hours
2) No if you have 1 with you

On Saudi return:
1) Yes test. No matter how long you stay in Bahrain. They are enforcing it now
2) Yes. Isolate for 3 days with a PCR test after 2 days. if no test then isolate for 7 days
