Hi, yes, my children arrived in KSA last 17 Dec 2021 (1 is resident visa while the other is visit visa). It was still a yellow slip since I got the resident visa in 2019, but the visit visa is just a normal paper from MOFA. If your HR said that yellow slip is obsolete so there is nothing to worry. I have search that name and got the name f East West Placement Center Inc. thru Facebook page. They provided a name of a person who will facilitate the authentication of documents to Saudi Embassy and to deposit processing fee on his name.

Is this the same process what you did?

Yes and the fee is per person. Much better to check the Visa fees and documents needed via VFS Tasheel website. Good luck.
