Can an Employer issue final exit for me whereas I have family

Hello Everyone,
My employer threatened me that they will issue final exit for me if I ask them for transfer. But I have family here. Can they really do this if I don't issue final exit for my dependents?

Seeking your kind information.

I heard that If one has a car on his name in KSA, final exit can't be issued unless the car is transferred.

But not quite sure on this.

Can anyone confirm?

Yes, they can.

And don't listen to anyone that they can't do that.

In this country, the companies have authority on your visas and they can do whatever they want to.
If you finished your contract with him/them you can ask transfer, if not agree then you can ask your new employer a demand later then go to labour court for transfer your sponsor. If you have a car don't sell it they can't do anything unless you sell the car.

Wrong information.

He cannot transfer without approval even if he have finished his contract.

He still needs that approval.

But i am not sure about the car.

And one thing is for sure, they can still put a huroob even if he has a car on his name.
